Payment methods
- Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard).
- The balance payment must be paid upon arrival, unless it was explicitly agreed differently in advance.
- You can also pay via bank transfer to our bank account (see our banking details below).

CANCELATION POLICY: if cancelled…
more than 10 days before your arrival – no charged.
10 days prior to arrival – the 20 % will be charged
3 days prior to arrival – the 50 % night will be charged
On the day of arrival or NO SHOW – 100% of whole stay amount
TRANSPORT SERVICE:
We can arrange transfer for you from the Airport or Railway station to the apartment.
Airport – Apartment
1 – 4 persons 600 CZK / 22 EUR
5 – 7 persons 800 CZK / 30 EUR
Railway Station – Apartment
1 – 4 persons 300 CZK / 11 EUR
5 – 6 persons 400 CZK / 15 EUR
